A tipster relayed the information that chef Tim Doolittle has taken a job in Orange County — his last day at Emeril Lagasse's Table 10 was last Saturday. Mike Olsen, director of operations for Emeril's restaurants, told Eater that Doolittle "has been a great asset and friend to our team the last four years and we wish him the best of luck."
Replacing Doolittle as chef de cuisine at Table 10 will be James Richards, who pivots from his role as sous chef at Emeril's New Orleans Fish House.
