STK at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas threw its Hamptons-style beach villa all-white party with former Bravo TV reality star and fashion mogul Gretchen Christine Rossi hosting on Monday night. Guests drank from a Pernod Ricard-sponsored open bar and ate dishes from executive chef Stephen Hopcraft’s white theme-inspired menu including baked clams, fennel brendade on crostini, lobster dumplings and truffled popcorn.
