Sheridan Su and Jenny Wong of Fat Choy have very quietly begun serving at their latest concept, the chicken and rice focused Flock and Fowl.
Built around their versions of chicken dishes served in the Hainan province of southern China, the small, casual spot is close to the Golden Steer Steakhouse and the under construction Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino.
While not officially announcing their debut, the owners encouraged diners to check before making a special trip. Back in May the anticipated opening hours were Tuesday to to Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., allowing the couple to head back to Fat Choy in the evening.
