You might have sampled from its food truck at this year's Electric Daisy Carnival, or inside its UNLV bricks and mortar location — now Bowl of Heaven is expanding to Summerlin.
The California based franchise will join an equally under-construction Roberto's Tacos at the corner of Desert Inn and Hualapai, close to Rachel's Kitchen.
Bowl of Heaven serves Hawaiian-influenced açaí bowls, enhanced by "exotic superfruits." Plus juices created in combinations like "beet, lemon and apple" and smoothies including the Popeye Blast made with "organic açaí, strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, 100% apple juice, bananas, fresh kale, fresh spinach & MAQ 7."
The 1,425-square-foot corner location is scheduled for a fall debut.
