Todd Harrington is out as the executive chef of Yardbird Southern Table & Bar at the Venetian. He says he’s on his way to a new restaurant group that is developing and opening a concept coming first in Washington, D.C., and later in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
Harrington opened the Southern restaurant at the end of 2014. Previously, he was the former assistant executive chef at the Downtown Grand, and before that, the executive chef at Central Michel Richard when it was housed at Caesars Palace.
