Inspired by creations designed for the restaurant's one year anniversary at the resort back in July, the "off the menu" tacos are priced at $4 all day.
A separate "on the menu" mix and match deal includes a choice of camaron, baja estilo or pastor tacos priced at $4 each and $3 during happy hour.
Secret Menu Tacos:
Surf & Turf taco – Rib-eye, tempura lemon shrimp, asparagus/cauliflower chipotle hash.
Chicken-fried taco – Fried chicken, chorizo chipotle gravy and crispy onion rings.
Chilean Sea Bass taco – Chilean sea bass, smoked yams, watercress, jicama and a tamarind slaw.
