Some hearty fall dishes have been added to the menu at Downtown Summerlin's Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar. A popular destination since its April debut, the restaurant's pet-friendly patio has been a particular hit with locals during the summer months.
Local reaction to Lazy Dog has been so favorable, in fact, that an as-yet-unannounced second location is readying to be built at Town Square. As the weather cools, though, heartier items like lamb stroganoff have arrived on the menu, alongside twists on seasonal flavors like apple cider and pumpkin cheesecake. See all the changes below.
Fall Menu Additions:
Lamb Stroganoff – House-braised and hand-shredded lamb, mushrooms, sweet peas, Romano cheese and a rich burgundy wine cream sauce tossed with fettuccine $14.50
Sweet Corn Chowder – Made from scratch daily $4.50 cup, $5.50 bowl
House-braised Lamb Shank – Lamb shank, housemade burgundy thyme gravy, creamy mashed potatoes and sautéed baby spinach $19.25
Pretzel Crusted Pork Schnitzel – Served with apple and cabbage coleslaw, red potato salad and a creamy mustard sauce $14.50
Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna – Served medium-rare on housemade cauliflower mash with roasted vegetables and a coconut curry cream sauce $16.25
Greens, Egg + Ham – Grilled broccolini, a poached egg, bacon, parmesan cheese and housemade poblano pepper cream sauce $5.95
Roasted Winter Vegetables – Cauliflower, carrots, onions, fried chickpeas, red peppers and golden raisins roasted with coriander, cumin, ginger and garlic $5.75

Dessert:
Pumpkin Cheesecake – Lazy Dog’s signature graham cracker crust and topped with housemade caramel, chocolate sauce, cinnamon sugared walnut crumble and whipped cream $5.50
Warm Apple Crumble – Cinnamon apples and a brown sugar oat crumble, baked until golden brown and served with a big scoop of vanilla bean ice cream $5.75.
