The updated word on Beer Park Las Vegas points to the latest venture from chef Matthew Silverman as no mere beer garden.
Destined for the rooftop section of the shuttered Chateau Nightclub & Gardens at Paris Las Vegas, new details indicate Beer Park will host a 1,070-square-foot Strip facing patio on the ground floor. It will sit flush against the patio from its sister concept, Silverman's 24-hour Hexx Kitchen & Bar restaurant and feature the same design of "Creeping Fig and hedge border."
The patio will include a bar tucked under the stairs that lead guests up to the main Beer Park area. One floor up, food will be grilled al fresco and the 4,147-square-foot space will replace the existing bar with two new bars and canopy awnings to block out the sun. Once complete, the project is also hoping the layout can be used as banquet space.
Construction is yet to begin, but already the Paris site is promised as "the first of multiple locations."
