When CREAM debuted in Downtown Summerlin last March, there were three-block long lines of fans waiting for opening day free ice cream sandwiches. Building on that momentum, next up for the California ice cream and cookie bakery is an expansion to Henderson, taking over a former Patty's Closet at the Siena Promenade, close to neighbors Gaetano's Ristorante and Buffalo Wild Wings.
Living under the motto of "Cookies Rule Everything Around Me," the 1,295-square-foot space will serve their signature cookies, with flavors like white chocolate macadamia, peanut butter, butter sugar, lemon heaven or snickerdoodle. Their ice cream fillings include peanut butter twist, cup of joe, green tea or caramel cinnamon chill and the whole creation can be finished with toppings like sprinkles, peanuts, chocolate chips, graham crackers, cherries and M&Ms.
They also serve sundaes, milkshakes, floats, cream tacos, plus vegan and gluten free cookies.
The Henderson location is now hiring and a "coming soon" arrival date is promised. In February, the company hoped future expansion plans would include the Strip and the Fremont Street Experience.
