Mandalay Bay — RM Seafood’s Rick Moonen is hosting a one-off, cocktail-inspired dinner on Wednesday, Sept. 23. inspired by Las Vegas based Azzurre Spirits. The local company makes gluten-free, blended vodka and gin and utilizes grapes, apples, and sugar cane instead of grains, wheat, or potatoes.
Priced at $85 per person, (excluding tax and gratuity) and starting at 7 p.m., the three course meal will be paired with Azzure sourced cocktails. Tickets are limited and reservations can be made by calling 702-632-9300.
