Take a look at the club-like feel inside chef Brian Malarkey’s Herringbone, now open at Aria. Designer Munge Leung created this modern space inspired by the San Diego coastline, where Malarkey opened his first Herringbone. Light woods and rustic touches are the calling cards of Malarkey’s second Las Vegas restaurant. Outside, find a patio surrounded by a garden. Find live music here in this “beachy vibe” space.
Malarkey serves up a menu of seafood and what he calls “responsibly sourced” proteins paired with “farmer’s market” produce. Malarkey brought executive chef Geno Bernardo, a local’s favorite chef from Nove Italiano at the Palms, to head up the kitchen here that serves up lunch, dinner and brunch.
Malarkey also has Searsucker at Caesars Palace.
