You’ll soon be able to eat food out of an Airstream trailer at the Mirage.
The Still, the latest restaurant from Clique Hospitality's Andy Masi in the former Revolution lounge space, brings with it a man cave vibe.
The 8,000-square-foot space will include an Airstream where street tacos and sliders are served. Guests can order fish and chips made with flounder and served with a black truffle tartar sauce, oysters and lobster rolls.
More than 50 domestic and imported beers make up a bulk of the drinks menu, but craft cocktails will also be part of the mix.
Alessandro Munge, the interior designer behind 1 OAK Nightclub, creates the rustic look of the space.
Look for an opening in time for St. Patrick’s Day.
The Beatles-inspired Revolution Lounge shuttered last year at the Mirage and new plywood promises the resort is "building a new dream experience."
