Giordano’s Pizza to Perch above Starbucks at Grand Bazaar Shops

Giordano's is bringing their famous Chicago-style pies from the Second City to Las Vegas and new details reveal where in the Grand Bazaar Shops you'll be able to dive into some deep dish.

On the second floor of building F1, a purpose built restaurant space in the northeast corner of the outdoor dining and retail center, Giordano's will create a restaurant and supper club. The location sits directly above a 3,276-square-foot Starbucks, an approximate gauge for the interior size for the upstairs pizzeria.

This building and its exact twin, F2, directly to the south, were once planned to host Pizza Cirque from chef Sam Marvin, the first Nacho Daddy on the Strip and the third local SkinnyFats. All three proposals have been abandoned. Facing Giordano's on the upper level and sharing a walkway from Bally's Las Vegas is the still-promised, first Las Vegas outpost of Wahlburgers.

In addition to the Giordano's main dining room, a 1,718-square-foot patio will also be built, 30 feet to the south. With room for 119 and operating its own separate bar, the space will be covered by a 15-foot tall trellis, made of aluminum and covered with a wood veneer. Covered space for outdoor dining is a rarity at the Bazaar.

Neither Giordano's nor the Grand Bazaar Shops have yet to announce the project, but it is currently working its way through the Clark County approvals process.
