Look down on the Strip while you look up at the dozens of TVs.

Branding themselves the "Strip's first rooftop bar and grill," Beer Park will be waving their corporate sponsor Budweiser's flags on Super Bowl Sunday, with the good possibility the new bar will debut a few days earlier. The project recently managed to entice Shaquille O'Neal for a hard hat tour as they rush to meet that Feb. 7 deadline.

Perched above Hexx at Paris Las VegasThe Big Game Viewing Party at Beer Park will cost $175 with an open bar and buffet-style grilled options, allowing guests an early chance to try the concept's Bud-centric approach to food. They'll be using a custom, open-flame grill, fueled by "Budweiser-soaked beechwood chips."

Once open on a regular schedule, daily from 11 a.m. until "close," Beer Park's 10,000-square-foot deck will face the Bellagio's fountains and the distraction of "dozens of high-definition TVs." In addition to the Budweiser family of products, they are also adding "100s of eclectic beer options including 36 brews on tap."

In the future, look for deejays and live musical acts after 10 p.m. and morning breakfast service during special events. On the menu, a roster of casual, familiar American dishes like a $8.96 blue cheese burger, the $18.95 half rack of St Louis-style spare ribs and a $12.95 Shrimp Po'Boy made with a Bud Light Lime remoulade.
