MONTE CARLO — Andre's Restaurant & Lounge continues its five-course tasting menu all served on a single plate now at the bar but also in the restaurant’s main dining room. The experience gives guests a chance to sample dishes in a shorter amount of a time and in smaller portions. The plate includes an unscripted selection of three hot or cold appetizers, one entrée and one dessert item, all determined at the whim of executive chef Christopher Bulen. "One night, we might serve smaller portions of classic dishes on the menu or it could be dishes we have been experimenting with and testing with guests,” Bulen said in a press statement. “Every night is a different experience."
