The Oyster Bar at Palace Station celebrated its 20 year anniversary last month and the always popular destination is expanding once again, this time to sister property Santa Fe Station.

Promised to open in late January, the Santa Fe outpost will keep the compact and diner focused size of the 18 seat original, providing room for only 21 guests. The familiar bar seating will face an open kitchen, with a "few table options"

On the menu, repeat guest favorites of pan roasts, created with "fresh seafood sautéed with brandy, cream and tomato, served with steamed rice," gumbo, clam chowder, cioppino, seafood jambalaya and fresh oysters on the half shell. Beer, spirits and wine offerings will also be served.

Opening hours will be from 5 p.m nightly. Oyster Bar can also be found at the Sunset and Texas Station casinos.
