Billing itself as the "neighborhood Kickback Kaffe" where "eats & entertainment" will co-exist, construction is well underway to bring Kaffe Live to Spring Valley. Taking more than 1,720 square feet at the Apache Plaza, Kaffe will join restaurant neighbors Streets of New York pizza and Thai Style Noodle House, and offer food and something to watch while you dine.
The concept is built around locals entertaining locals, with all ages focused material and a roster of talent they expect will include comedians, singers, musicians and magicians, plus children wishing to perform before a live audience. The open booking policy will make it free for anyone willing to take the stage, provided the act is "family friendly."
The cafe portion of the Kaffe will offer "breakfast thru dinner with beer and wine served throughout the day." A bar is currently being built.
Originally planned for a January debut, social media posts suggest the interior might take a few more weeks.
