Pawn Star Rick Harrison has fast become a familiar presence behind the bar at his very own Rick's Rollin Smoke BBQ & Tavern, but with high demand to witness a celebrity pour you a beer, the tavern is asking permission to give guests a little more elbow room.
Located on the second floor of the Pawn Plaza and featuring 16 beers on tap, the space can currently only squeeze in 49 guests at a time. In a new appeal to the city, the tavern hopes to gain approval to let drinkers use the entire top floor of Pawn Plaza as an impromptu patio, after the other retailers have closed for the evening.
The upgrade would more than double the footprint to create 3,439 square feet of Pawn Stars' approved, covered outdoor drinking space. New security guards will assure everything stays above board. The proposal already has begun the city's approval process.
