Much beloved by their loyal fan base, Sunrise's low key and casual FatBoy restaurant has completed its expansion to Henderson, bringing their trademark "Boygers," "Boyrritos" and "Chencho Fries."
Located close to Valley Cheese & Wine at the Amador Plaza on W. Horizon Ridge Pkwy., Fatboy's future hours have yet to be revealed, but opening day is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. The original restaurant is open daily from 10 a.m to 9 p.m.
Well known for their friendly customer service, on the menu, FatBoy’s "Boygers," are still promised to be "prepared daily and never frozen," with options such as the "double cheese," "Double Monster," a pastrami version with mustard, onions, pickles and mayo and a Hawaiian turkey burger featuring barbecue sauce, pineapple, lettuce, tomato and chipotle mayonnaise.
Joining Philly cheese steaks, sandwiches, wings, pizza and quesadillas, their "Chencho Fries," a unique FatBoy creation, topped with green sauce, grilled onions, chopped chicken and melted cheese.
