Sit and stay at the newest Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar, now open at Town Square. The restaurant, the 18th location in the chain that spans from California to Texas, takes its inspiration from the Rocky Mountains, where founder Chris Simms spent many family vacations, and of course dogs.

The first Lazy Dog restaurant opened in the Huntington Beach, California, area in 2003 and featured a menu of Simms’ family favorite recipes.

The restaurant serves up lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends.

See some of the new dishes for fall here.

Behind the bar, look for specialty cocktails, craft beers and Lazy Dog’s own hand-crafted beer selection.

Lazy Dog already has a location at Downtown Summerlin.
