Located in the same retail center as the Four Kegs sports pub, Percy Williams and chef Fred Howard have launched a new location for their Southern Style Eatery and Louisiana soul food menu.

Previously on Highland Drive and most recently at the corner of Buffalo Drive and Lake Mead Boulevard, the restaurant' new home was previously occupied by the Mayan cuisine of Chicken Itza.

On the Southern Style Eatery menu, fish and oyster po'boys, chicken wings, Philly cheese steaks and sides such as fried okra, macaroni and cheese, yams and red beans and rice. Recent daily specials have featured smothered pork chops and turkey necks. And desserts include peach cobbler, sweet potato pie and banana pudding.

Promised for future menus, shrimp and grits, sausage bowls and Southern style étouffée.
