Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips
Address: The Linq Promenade, 3545 Las Vegas Blvd. S.
Phone: 702-322-0529
Status: Opens at 11 a.m.
The Gordon Ramsay takeover of Las Vegas continues today as the shouty chef who hosts Hell’s Kitchen debuts his fourth restaurant. Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips opens at The Linq Promenade replete with iconic red British telephone booths to enter and exit the fast-casual restaurant.
Since 2014, Ramsay teased this British favorite style of food and wanted Las Vegas to be the first location. The restaurant sits closer to Las Vegas Boulevard, next to neighbor Purple Zebra. The two projects together spent an estimated $2 million for construction costs, which will cover 3,100 square feet of combined storefront. Between the pair, a maximum of 64 people can dine.
Guests can order a menu of British delights, including hand-cut, sustainable Alaskan cod filets that are battered and cooked to order, battered sausage, gulf shrimp and a fish sandwich. The hand-cut chips will be served slightly salted or seasoned with truffle and parmesan; chipotle, jalapeño and chorizo; or cacciatore spice and fresh basil. Below, the entire menu.
An exhibition kitchen lets guest watch their dishes made to order and tucked into newsprint lined baskets.
Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips opens daily at 11 a.m. with indoor and outdoor seating for more than 40 guests.
This Ramsay’s fourth Las Vegas restaurant, joining Gordon Ramsay BurGR at Planet Hollywood Resort , Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars Palace and his first restaurant in Sin City, Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas.
