The long-awaited third home of SkinnyFats is almost here, with the local favorite announcing it is very close to opening and hiring across all positions.
Headed to Centennial’s Shadow Mountain Marketplace, near the intersection of I-215 and Decatur Boulevard, SkinnyFats will take over a long-shuttered CiCi’s Pizza store, next door to a Best Buy and a close neighbor to Wing Nutz and the Honey Cakes Cafe.

The owners announced that they intend to open this month, and the company has been trying to add a third location since 2014. The casual American menu features two separate sides, one "Healthy," serving dishes containing 600 calories or less and the "Happy" option, including more indulgent choices, such as the "Chickawafadopolis," created with "fried chicken tenders over a buttermilk waffle, with syrup & powdered sugar."
SkinnyFats already operates at Dean Martin Drive, close to Town Square, and 8680 W. Warm Springs Road in Spring Valley, with both locations open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
