Former Charlie Palmer Steak chef Stephen Blandino just revealed his new restaurant Americana at Lake Jacqueline in Desert Shores. The menu here reflects "modern culinary creations inspired by the many cultures throughout America, with a menu whose authentic dishes will draw inspiration from European cuisine influences."
Guests can find a foie gras terrine with Nutella, raspberry spaghetti and figs, white peach burrata and prosciutto, and the Golden Egg carbonara with truffles.
Daily specials based on the catch of the day, "Weekly Harvest" dishes and a tasting menu paired with unlimited wine round out the menu. The three-course tasting menu goes for $57 with a $15 charge for wine while the five-course option costs $85 with a $25 wine pairing. Everything can be ordered a la carte.
The restaurant features an al fresco dining area and a library media room.
