The creators of Remedy’s Tavern and Elixir will be launching a third, 24-hour incarnation of Distill in Centennial and are in the final stretch to debut "your home away from home."
Located on a corner plot at the retail center at the intersection of Centennial Pkwy. and Durango Dr., the 6,683-square-foot bar and restaurant will take over the shuttered Karma Hookah Lounge. Currently awaiting approval of a "Tavern License" from the City of Las Vegas, Distill has revealed on social media that the bar now intends to open in "early 2017."
Already promised, food, cocktails, wine and 25 domestic and imported beers, plus, 18 HDTVs, pool, a Golden Tee golf arcade game and the chance to gamble on 15 gaming machines.
Creating the look will be interior design firm Colours Inc, which was behind the lush red feel of Elixir in Henderson. For Centennial, early plans aimed to showcase locally created "hand-blown glass light fixtures" and "street art graphics" covering two of the walls.
Twists on traditional pub grub will include "street tacos", "pot roast spring rolls," "calamari straws," "turkey stuffing bites" and familiar burgers, pizzas and sliders.
