First revealed in February 2015, Greens & Proteins has kept its expansion promise and finally debuted at downtown’s Juhl residential and retail building.
Joining Le Phõ from chef Khai Vu and cocktail lounge Classic Jewel, Greens & Proteins takes over the corner spot at the intersection of Bonneville Avenue and Fourth Street, with long operating hours to serve their health-food conscious menu.

The casual, counter service café has imported its now familiar green interior decor, found at four other locations spread from the southeast and North Las Vegas, down to two outposts in Spring Valley.
Very popular at breakfast, the locally created brand serves calorie conscious burgers, pizzas and wraps, options for "vegan, raw and vegetarian-friendly meals," a very popular smoothie and juice selection, plus a "full HCG diet menu."
