DW Bistro’s Bryce Krausman and Dalton Wilson can finally breathe a sigh of relief, as the Spring Valley favorite officially debuts their move into The Gramercy today. Once planned as an 8,000-square-foot combination restaurant and market, the duo have been anxious to open as a smaller 4,512-square-foot restaurant for months. The neighboring spot will now be taken by an expansion for Henderson’s Kitchen Table.
DW Bistro will be loyal to executive chef Wilson’s original "Jamaican Meets New Mexican Cuisine" menu, with Beth McGee as their "resident chef." The new space features a long bar with views of the Gramercy’s residential and retail complex.
Currently posted hours vary during the week, but the restaurant's famed weekend brunch will continue. After six years in its original home, located less than a mile away at the Lynden Square retail center, that space will be taken over by chef André Rochat with the sequel to his shuttered Andre’s, formerly at the Monte Carlo.
The DW Bistro team will also be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and operating a full-service bar during the January incarnation of Las Vegas Market at the World Market Center. DW Bistro@MKT will replace the shuttered Mundo bistro, with an eye on a future permanent expansion.
