Henderson’s Kitchen Table Expanding to The Gramercy

Following the debut of DW Bistro at Spring Valley retail and residential hub The Gramercy, the property has quietly announced yet another dining option is on the near horizon.

Henderson’s Kitchen Table is promised to be "coming soon" to suite 170, neighboring Pinches Tacos and sitting across the plaza from Bryce Krausman and Dalton Wilson’s new bistro and The Cuppa coffee shop. Yet to be revealed how much of the 1,178 to 6,871 square feet of empty real estate Kitchen Table will take over.

Chef and owner Javier Chavez's concept opened in the original Annie's Gourmet Italian space on Horizon Ridge last year. On their menu, "traditional American breakfast and lunch with ethnic styles ranging from Europe to Mexico." Veteran local favorite DW Bistro specializes in "Jamaican Meets New Mexican Cuisine" and have earned a loyal following for its brunch.

Previous tenants touted for the complex have included unrealized projects from Mimmo Ferraro of Ferraro's and two restaurants from Alex Stratta. DW Bistro had also hoped to build a market connected to their restaurant. But beating the odds and weathering the local economy, The Gramercy has managed to bounce back from years of inactivity. Last month, Pinches Tacos celebrated its first anniversary on site.
