DW Bistro’s Bryce Krausman and Dalton Wilson finally debuted their relocated restaurant at The Gramercy, bringing a 4,512-square-foot restaurant to the residential and business complex off the 215 at Russell Road. Inside, find an ode to the desert Southwest with pristine whites and punches of orange and green to complement the Jamaica-meets-New Mexico cuisines inside.
Wilson helms the kitchen, serving lunch, dinner and the favorite, brunch.
The new space features a long bar with views of the Gramercy’s residential and retail complex.
The restaurant used an estimated construction budget of $812,168.
Next year, DW Bistro plans to take over the closed Mundo space in the Las Vegas Design Center at the World Market. Guests headed to the January 2017 Las Vegas Market furniture, home décor and gift expo are already being told DW Bistro@MKT will be ready with breakfast, lunch and dinner menus and offer a full-service bar.
Take a look around.
