The first Las Vegas location for Thai-inspired rolled ice cream is now serving in Spring Valley, within the same retail center as the recently opened Chronic Tacos and Fractured Prune Doughnuts.
Located at at the corner of Flamingo Rd. and Ft. Apache Rd., Rolled Ice Cream uses real fruit and cream and no artificial flavoring or preservatives in their creations. The ingredients are poured "onto a flat pan, cooled to as low as -32 degrees. Then we chop your desired fruit and cream as we roll them into their signature shape."
On the menu, combinations like "The Elvis," the "Potato Chip," "Cookie Crazy" and a "Vanilla Straw Beary." Locally, the closest example to Rolled Ice Cream's style of dessert was found at the now shuttered Ice Pan at Harrah’s Las Vegas.
