Still proudly boasting one of the the boldest claims in the universe, the second local branch of Squeeze In is now open and serving the "Best Omelettes On The Planet." The breakfast and lunch specialists debuted at the Apache Plaza in Spring Valley earlier this year.

Their second home fills a 2,316-square-feet corner spot, vacated by Vegas Valley Organics at the Regal Plaza retail center, close to the intersection of Eastern Avenue and Pebble Road.

Featuring a green alien as a company mascot and a casual atmosphere, their large menu offers over 64 hearty omelets such as the $14.49 Racy Tracy and $13.99 Spanish Fly tribute to celebrity chef Bobby Flay, plus their $13.79 Aunt Nanny's Veggie Benny and "Jack Johnson Banana Walnut Pancakes."

Other options include "souped up" sandwiches, salads and "really boss" burgers, plus Gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan choices.

A third undisclosed location is also in the works for Centennial Hills.
