Sip some wine with your pizza and try to win some prizes.

Gone since 2014, but still a favorite youthful memory for many Las Vegas residents, Peter Piper Pizza has regrouped as a company and is returning to Las Vegas in a big way, bringing back their mixture of fast casual dining and plenty of games for the whole family.

Their first location, located inside a former Payless shoe store, is almost ready to debut. A Dec. 5 opening is scheduled at a corner spot at the Sahara Pavilion near the intersection of Sahara Avenue and Decatur Boulevard.

Piper's parent company CEC Entertainment Inc. also operates the Chuck E. Cheese brand, featuring similar game rooms where kids and adults play with tokens to win streams of tickets that can be traded for prizes.

On the Peter Piper menu, created in an open kitchen, pizza, wings, salads, desserts, and also wine and beer options.

Construction continues on a built from scratch, 9,686-square-foot Peter Piper at the McCarran Marketplace retail center at the intersection of Eastern Avenue and Patrick Lane.

Both locations will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
