FukuBurger, one of Las Vegas' most beloved casual concepts, is expanding from their first bricks and mortar location in Chinatown to a purpose built site in the southwest. Under construction by local developer J. Dapper of Dapper Companies, the retail center at the corner of Buffalo Dr. and Warm Springs Rd. will feature a strip of seven projects including a PT's Pub and a standalone building that will be home to FukuBurger.
The 3,440-square-foot space will be shared with the first permanent base for L.A.-based food truck Jogasaki Sushi Burrito, who created a stir at their appearance at the local Great American Foodie Fest. They will share a patio with FukuBurger and bring along their pioneering sushi burrito skills with fillings like lobster, spicy salmon and crab, plus tuna nachos and salmon ceviche tacos.
FukuBurger are also expected to bring over their full menu, including "Naga Dogs," "Jazz Fries" and burger favorites, like their namesake creation finished with wasabi mayo and Fuku sauce.
Look for the building to be complete by the second quarter of 2017.
