Louisiana- and Cajun-inspired, hands-on style dining has arrived just off the Strip, with the fourth local outpost of Hot N Juicy Crawfish now open on the Harmon Avenue side of the Miracle Mile Shops.

Sitting right next door to Nacho Daddy, Hot N Juicy Crawfish fills more than 3,000 square feet with a mezzanine and future patio dining. The interior was originally described as "Southern rustic," creating a "bayside eatery" at the still under construction restaurant row.

Known for encouraging guests to get "down n dirty" and eat their meal with their hands, diners can dive into mounds of crawfish, shrimp, Andouille sausages, corn and potatoes, seasoned with a rising range of spice levels and garlic butter.

Hot N Juicy Crawfish already operates two outposts on Spring Mountain and one in Henderson.
