TROPICANA — The Military Hospitality Alliance and resort host the 13th annual Military Culinary Competition on Saturday, Nov. 12. The culinary event will make its debut in Las Vegas this Veterans Day weekend and will be hosted by the resort’s newest chef, Robert Irvine. More than 50 active duty military from across the world will face off during a food fight for the title of Armed Forces Culinary Grand Champions. The military chefs will work in 15 teams of four, bringing together military members from all branches of the Armed Forces during this hand-to-pan competition. Chef Robert Irvine will host a special meet and greet from 1 to 3 p.m. The competition takes place from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
SILVERTON — Seasons Buffet is offering veterans and active military on Veterans Day.
SOUTH POINT — Garden Buffet is offering military members and a guest a free buffet on Thursday for breakfast with bottomless bloody Marys, lunch or dinner. Guests will have their choice of dishes from multiple international cooking stations, a la carte items and desserts. Active and non-active military members must show a valid military ID. The complimentary buffet will be available from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

M RESORT — Military service members get a complimentary meal at Studio B Buffet. Veterans and active duty personnel may show proof of military service on Friday, Nov. 11, for complimentary admission into the buffet.
PARIS LAS VEGAS — Beer Park honors active-duty military and veterans with a 20 percent discount on Veterans Day, all day on Friday, Nov. 11.
MIRACLE MILE SHOPS — Cabo Wabo Cantina honors Veterans Day with a two-for-one drink special for veterans and active-duty military on Friday, Nov. 11. Cabo Wabo always honors veterans and active-duty service members throughout the year with a 20 percent discount off the total dining bill, available daily.
DOWNTOWN SUMMERLIN — Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant honors active-duty military and veterans with a 25 percent discount on Veterans Day, all day on Friday, Nov. 11. Veterans and active-duty service members who show a valid military ID will receive a 25 percent discount off their total bill.
LAS VEGAS — IHOP offers a free stack of Red, White, & Blue Pancakes to all veterans and active duty military to show their appreciation this Veterans Day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for any veteran or active duty military.
LAS VEGAS — Famous Dave’s five locations in the regions is offering a free two meat combo to veterans and active military.
