Yet to be formally announced by the resort, Sekushi Japanese & Raw Bar is nonetheless open for business and already drawing a crowd to the Paris Las Vegas "Le Boulevard" restaurant row.

Created by HIG Management and their corporate sushi chef Eric Ou, the 1,425-square-foot space sits next door to HIG’s casual, Taiwanese-inspired Yong Kang Street restaurant. Sekushi, translated as "sexy," lets guests dine inside the open plan concept, or sit on stools facing the sushi team.
