The missing piece of the puzzle during the two week soft opening of the Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino has been the resort's upscale dining centerpiece, Phoenix. Reservations are now available beginning Friday, Dec. 2, with future opening hours of 5 p.m to 10 p.m during the week and 5 p.m to 11 p.m on the weekend.
While the menu and pricing are still under wraps, the resort promises Phoenix will be "Las Vegas’ most exclusive Chinese fine dining destination," featuring "a menu of cutting-edge culinary trends found throughout modern China."
So far, the official word is that will include choices like "Kurobuta pork, deer tendon, abalone and countless other rare and expertly prepared delicacies."
Located on the mezzanine, close to Pearl Ocean, Phoenix only offers sixty seats, within booths or at seating outfitted with chair pulls. A major asset will be the views of the Strip to the South and the opportunity for private dining out on the balcony.
