Lucky Dragon’s newly appointed executive chef Phuoc Luu and executive chef de cuisine Jacky Leung oversee the launch and opening of all food and beverage venues on the property. Luu joins the Lucky Dragon team from the Golden Nugget, where he was executive chef, and Leung hails from the Palazzo.
Bao Now sits a few steps from the casino floor and next to the Asian street food-inspired Dragon's Alley, Prices continue a resort-wide motif of using lucky Chinese number eight whenever possible and the varied menu features rice dishes, dim sum, noodle soup and bao, with "daily features" promised for the future.
