Cinnamon’s Restaurant has expanded across the Pacific from the Hawaiian island of Oahu, to the former site of Parma By Chef Marc at the Shoppes at Summerlin Parkway.

Since 1985, Cinnamon’s has been packing in throngs of locals and tourists alike. First debuting in Kailua, their breakfast and lunch concept has spread to the Ilikai Hotel & Luxury Suites in Waikiki and to two Japanese outposts in Omotesandou, Tokyo and Yokohama.

In Las Vegas, the restaurant intends to import all of their local favorites, but for now, the specialties of the house include "the Island's best" pancakes, including the $7.75 short, or $10.95 full stack "Guava chiffon" pancakes and the self-described "OMG treat" red velvet pancakes, priced at $7.95 for two, or $11.50 for four.

Other "ono" options include their "signature benedicts," like the $13 full order kalua pig or crab cake.

They also are well known for their "loco moco," including "Carsie's boneless kalbi" priced at $12.25 and a classic hamburger choice, plus a range of omelettes and "meat & eggs" combinations, featuring Spam, Portuguese sausage and hickory bacon.
