Giordano’s may have debuted at the Grand Bazaar Shops, but two other big arrivals are still on the way for 2017. Locals Born and Raised have begun work on their third Las Vegas location, a "Craft Pub," inside a former cell phone accessory store.
The 867-square-foot spot faces Wahlburgers and is a few steps away from the new Giordano’s outdoor bar, the Island Time Floats Tiki Bar and the newly opened Sin City Brewing Co. corner spot.
To differentiate themselves from the neighboring boozy options, Born and Raised will feature "Las Vegas inspired décor, craft beers" and a retail store selling their B.A.R. apparel and hometown-themed T-shirts. The brand has a loyal following at their Henderson and southwest branches and is looking at an "early 2017" debut for their Strip location.
Almost directly above Born and Raised, country music star John Rich of Big & Rich fame is moving closer to debuting his "Nashville style honky-tonk bar." The 4,249-square-foot project has allotted an estimated $944,309 in construction costs to create a live music venue that celebrates "people that work hard and play harder" and current and former members of the military. A section of the space will be devoted to a "Heroes Bar," where Rich promises, "a vets' first drink is on John!"

Now looking at a February grand opening, the main room will feature "handmade guitar top tables" made in in Nashville, Tennessee, by "Built By Martin." When guests get hungry, Redneck Riviera will offer a menu from the Wahlburgers directly below and your order will be brought upstairs to your seat.
