Hawthorn Grill gets set for a winter debut at the JW Marriott and now reveals its entire dinner menu. The steakhouse plans to feature American classics, alongside an extensive wine and cocktail program. The restaurant plans to be open daily for breakfast with a buffet, dinner and bar hours.
Chef Joseph Swan, formerly of the Eiffel Tower Restaurant at Paris Las Vegas, will oversee the kitchen as executive room chef, Christian Umlauf will serve as general manager. JW Marriott executive pastry chef Jeremy Choo will oversee the sweet side of Hawthorn Grill.
The team at Blau + Associates behind Honey Salt and Andiron Steak & Sea at Downtown Summerlin, consulted on the project.
