Israeli mini-burger franchise Burgerim began a nationwide expansion program from California earlier this year, aiming to stretch from coast to coast and promising multiple locations all touted as "coming soon."
A Las Vegas location offering takeout and delivery is scheduled for the southeast at 9635 Bermuda Rd., close to the the intersection of Bermuda and Silverado Ranch Blvd. No current permits or licenses for this site have been uncovered.
Quick to note they are not selling "sliders," Burgerim's name in Hebrew means "many burgers." Their brand is built around 2.8oz mini-burgers, made with "house sauce," lettuce, tomato and onion toppings placed on the bottom of a white or wheat bun.
In California, two burgers cost $9.95, three for $12.95 and a "Party Box" can hold 16 and is priced at $44.95. Flavors can include beef, turkey, lamb, "veggie," chorizo, salmon and chicken and be upgraded with extra toppings like egg, mushrooms, avocado and pineapple.
They also serve chicken wings, salads, sandwiches and on the side, fries and onion rings. For dessert, expect cheesecake, flourless chocolate cake and a $2.95 "marshmallow dream."
No timetable for an arrival in Las Vegas has been announced.
