Tickets for the 10th anniversary of Vegas Uncork’d go on sale on Wednesday, and already some of the events for the event April 28 through May 1 are being teased. Chefs from Caesars Palace, the Venetian, Palazzo and The Cromwell are on board for the biggest culinary event to take over the Strip.
Yes, the Grand Tasting returns with chefs galore surrounding the Garden of the Gods pool oasis at Caesars Palace on April 29. Those tickets start at $225.
Other events teased include a chance to dine in the dark during a lunch at Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace. Guests will be blindfolded, then find themselves led to a multi-course lunch in a private dining room. The special tasting menu will highlight some of Bacchanal’s dishes and feature enhanced textures, smells and sounds.
The first master series dinner touted features Nobu Matsuhisa dishing out what’s dubbed as the “ultimate omakase” for $1,000 per person. Net proceeds of this event's ticket sales will be donated to the Keep Memory Alive organization.
Over at The Cromwell, celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis plans to serve a brunch with her California-inspired Italian cuisine with limitless mimosas at Giada.
Mixologist Salvatore Calabrese presents an event with craft cocktails in his bar, Bound by Salvatore, at The Cromwell. Guests learn how to stir, shake and sip on some of his concoctions with hands-on instruction.
