DB Brasserie's New Tasting Menu and Discounts and Happy Hour at Tom's Urban

VENETIAN — DB Brasserie has a new, bi-monthly seasonal tasting menu featuring duck and truffles from Monday, Feb. 22, until Sunday, Feb. 28, starting at 5 p.m. nightly. The multi-course menu is available for $99 per person. Look for marble of foie gras au torchon and perigord truffles; double duck consommé with soft root vegetables, black trumpet mushrooms and shaved truffles; pithivier of duck confit and seared Hudson Valley foie gras with sunchokes mousseline and black truffles condiment; moulard duck a l’orange with braised Belgium endives, salardaise potatoes and triple sec gastrique; and “gâteau basque” with armagnac cherries crème glacée. NEW YORK-NEW YORK — Tom's Urban celebrates its first birthday with a special "Tom's Turns One" week-long celebration. Starting on Friday, Feb. 19, guests with the name Tom, Thomas, Tommy, Thom or Tomas (first, middle or last name) will receive 50 percent off their individual bill, all week long. In addition, guests who are not named Tom will be able to join the fun with $5 off all Tom's Size beers, cocktails or souvenir cups. The restaurant also has a new Beat the Clock happy hour Monday through Friday starting at 4 p.m. with prices starting at $4 and rise every hour until 7 p.m. The happy hour continues Sunday through Thursday starting at 11 p.m. with prices starting at $6 and dropping every hour until 2 a.m. Guests can pick from 12 small plates including ginger chicken potstickers, crispy Brussels spouts, fried dill pickles and urban street tacos.
