Let the beer garden wars begin. Beer Park opened in a 10,000-square-foot space at Paris Las Vegas on the second level with a view of the Fountains at Bellagio and the Las Vegas Strip.
The bar with backing from Budweiser features more than 100 beers including 36 on tap such as Elysian Hawaiian Sunburn and Space Dust, Founders All Day and four from Goose Island.
Five beer cocktails make the menu, including the Ball Park Michelada made with Clamato and a Superbowl Shandy with Shock Top, Skyy Blood Orange vodka, Aperol and lemon and lime. All go for $11.
The bar has cocktails on draft too. Look for a margarita, Kentucky lemonade with Bulleit Rye whiskey as the base and a Park ice tea, all by the glass or the pitcher.
For food, order from the menu of grilled items and from roaming carts serving up concession-style eats. That grilled menu either slow cooks, smokes or grills meats over an open flame using Budweiser-soaked beechwood chips. Look for burgers, brisket, ribs and sausages.
