Wondering what you will eat at the new T-Mobile Arena after it opens on April 6? Parent company MGM Resorts brought on Levy Restaurants to handle the food at the 20,000-seat arena that opens with The Killers performing.
Pizza Forte from the Ferraro’s family continues with its expansion, opening inside the arena with New York-style pizza, Hofmann sausages and hot dogs. Pizza Forte already has locations at Sunset Station and the Hard Rock Hotel.
Levy also plans to change up the menu depending on what fans want to eat. The could mean pork hoisin bahn mi, a made-to-order ahi tuna poke bar and club lounges that feature craft beer, duck fat frites and artisanal charcuterie.
Those event level suites plans to serve up small plates with cheeses and pastas, and sandwiches and frites samplers "reflecting regional American flavors."
Suite owners can pick out their own menus that feature dishes such as caviar, fried chicken, filet mignon and Tiki ribs. Levy says the menus will feature heritage meats, sustainable seafood and organic vegetables.
