MIRAGE — Parlour Lounge celebrates absinthe on March 5 with St. George Spirits on hand to provide guests with the opportunity to experience various styles of absinthe concoctions using absinthe towers and drippers. PALAZZOMorels French Steakhouse & Bistro has a new Wine Flight Passport Program that allows guests to sample red wines from around the world, some rarely found by the glass. The program features sommelier selections from the state-of-the-art enomatic wine dispensing system. On March 1, guests will be able to purchase their passport for $5. Every time a guest buys a glass of wine, they will receive a stamp and for every 10 glasses bought, when guests will receive a complimentary glass of wine. Wine selections include Tignanello 2011 from Italy, Chianti Badia a Passignano Antinori from Italy, Penfolds Bin 407 cabernet from Australia, Rust en Vrede cabernet from South Africa and Vanishing Point Napa cabernet. Complete the passport with all 24 stamps by May 31, and enter to win a magnum bottle of Bruno Paillard Champagne. [EaterWire]
