A taste of Naples is heading to Town Square to replace another European-inspired restaurant. La Bella Napoli Pizzeria is scheduled to debut this spring in the upper level space quietly vacated by English's Quintessentially British last year.
Neapolitan style pizza will be the dining focal point, with a Naples built, wood-fired Stefano Ferrara pizza oven creating their dishes. A wine cellar and stand-alone bar are also part of the design.
The menu has received input from local chef Dominic Tedesco and La Bella Napoli's "head pizza chef" will be Fabiana Bianco, who trained at the Pizzeria Gaetano Genovesi in Naples.
English's Quintessentially British opened in August 2011, serving versions of British pub food and offering an afternoon tea. Town Square is also home to one of six local branches of California Pizza Kitchen.
