Get ready for location No. 3 of Naked City, the pizza shop from Christopher Palmeri. Since opening inside Moon Doggies and then expanding to Paradise Road, Naked City has been on a tear, and now plans a bar, restaurant and 15 gaming machines inside the former home of Blind Tiger Bar & Grill, the 24-hour bar at 6295 S. Pecos Road. That bar was probably better known for its provocative signs than its bar scene.

Palmeri says he’s going for an "older Vegas feel in the place. It's going to have the Naked City Pizza staples of pizza and wings, possibly an appetizer or sandwich but that will be it," at what he’s calling Naked City Tavern.

But the best news for Naked City fans is that Palmeri will broaden his menu with new dishes "showcasing what I've wanted to do for a long time, things similar to a lot of the specials I have run will now be only a monthly changing menu."

Here’s a look as some of the new dishes to expect.

Bacon Candle | Bacon Powder, Olive Oil Powder, Sweet Balsamic, Sicilian Sea Salt, Crusty Bread
Tuna | Crudo, Calabrese Chile, Fennel Pollen, White Truffle Oil, Fried Herbs
Crostini | Smoked Tomato, Smoky Pork Smear, Parmeigano-Reggiano
Seafood Pot | Shaken Herb-Shellfish Butter
Pork & Egg Salad | Pig Ear Ribbons, Shaved Pickled Egg, Ramp Preserve, Greens, Sour Vinaigrette
Pappardelle | White Seafood Bolognese
Tortelloni | Headcheese Sausage Ragu, In-House Ricotta
Goat | Osso Bucco Mop Sauce
Melon Gelato | Sweet Balsamic Lonza, Mascapone, Fried Mint
Cannoli Sandwich | In-House Sweet Ricotta

Expect an opening later this year.
