Rounders Grilling & Gaming Co. will debut their third 24-hour tavern next month, taking over Anthem's Olivo Bistro restaurant. Olivo has been serving an Italian-themed menu paired with video gaming since 2012, when they took over from Giuseppe's Bar & Grille.
Rounders is currently hiring and promising a March 1 debut for the switcheroo. The 6,541-square-foot space will offer the company's "upscale tavern fare," gaming and keep the never close schedule.
The chain already operates two other locations to the west, on Blue Diamond Road and in Spring Valley and both with extended happy hour specials. The casual American menu includes familiar local bar dishes such as chicken wings, spinach artichoke dip, nachos, sliders, Baja fish tacos and on the breakfast menu, the "Rounder's Eye Opener," built with eggs, hash browns, toast choice of bacon, ham or sausage patties for $6.99.
